Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will receive inbound calls regarding customer concerns relating to phone, internet and/or cable/satellite services. You must be a great listener, be empathetic, and help resolve their issue. You will be assisting customers in crisis while offering outstanding world class customer service!

Must Haves

· High School Diploma/GED

· Fluent in both English and Spanish

· One-year strong customer service experience (within a call center environment preferred)
