Role and Responsibilities

  • Development Program Implementation:  Works with the  HR LEAD US & Nearshore Team to -

    • Assess the development needs of the region in terms of leadership, culture, career and communications.

    • Customize  the global programs to suit the business realities of the region

    • Partner with the Global Organization Effectiveness team for the design of programs to address the unique needs of the region

    • Leads the evaluation or impact assessment of the initiative to various stakeholders

       

  • Employee Communications: Work with the US Region Human Resources & Executive Team to -

    • Effectively manage the reputation of the company and its senior leaders with employees, through internal communication programs, projects, counsel, and crisis management.

    • Design the communication plan to roll-out policies and processes that impact the employee experience

    • Write and edit content for various levels in the organization

    • Manage the implementation & evaluation of the communication plan

       

  • Other:

    • Develop and implement special projects as assigned by one’s immediate Supervisor to promote  VXI as one global family

    • Represent the team in client meetings

       

       

       

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Four-year college degree, with concentration in any of the following:  Behavioral Science, English, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline.

  • Experience in facilitating leadership development and team building programs

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with experience of writing and editing for different audiences

  • Experience in use of intranets

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Ability to interact positively with senior management and build relationships with key influencers across multiple locations and levels of the organization.

  • Experience in and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
