HR Development/Communications Lead
Role and Responsibilities
Development Program Implementation: Works with the HR LEAD US & Nearshore Team to -
Assess the development needs of the region in terms of leadership, culture, career and communications.
Customize the global programs to suit the business realities of the region
Partner with the Global Organization Effectiveness team for the design of programs to address the unique needs of the region
Leads the evaluation or impact assessment of the initiative to various stakeholders
Employee Communications: Work with the US Region Human Resources & Executive Team to -
Effectively manage the reputation of the company and its senior leaders with employees, through internal communication programs, projects, counsel, and crisis management.
Design the communication plan to roll-out policies and processes that impact the employee experience
Write and edit content for various levels in the organization
Manage the implementation & evaluation of the communication plan
Other:
Develop and implement special projects as assigned by one’s immediate Supervisor to promote VXI as one global family
Represent the team in client meetings
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Four-year college degree, with concentration in any of the following: Behavioral Science, English, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline.
Experience in facilitating leadership development and team building programs
Excellent written and spoken English, with experience of writing and editing for different audiences
Experience in use of intranets
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to interact positively with senior management and build relationships with key influencers across multiple locations and levels of the organization.
Experience in and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
