Each referral hired will earn you $20 per pay period up to Five (5) referrals PLUS your friend earns $20 per pay period just for being referred for as long as you both remain actively employed with VXI.
Scope of Responsibility:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is the first point of contact for all prospective hourly employees. In this role, s/he will act as liaison between the prospective employee, the Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers while ensuring that the candidate experience is positive and productive.

Must have experience working with an ATS.

Must have experience with database administration.
Education and Work Experience
1-2 years of Recruiting experience administrative support within a call center, staffing agency or high volume recruiting environment.
High School Diploma/ GED required, college degree preferred.
