Job Description
Customer Service Representative - Web Chat Support
Work with our well-known digital media client, problem solving customer issues, researching social media conversations to address or escalate customer concerns. You will apply your strong logical and critical thinking skills to resolve disputes and billing inquires all through email and instant message chat. Good grammar and minimum typing of 50 wpm is critical for this role.
Web Chat support paying $14 an hour.

Requirements
· Minimum typing of 50 WPM
· Web chat experience preferred
· Excellent grammar and communication skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Strong critical thinking skills
· High school diploma or GED
