The Operations Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support for the organization of the Operations Department and other departments as needed. If you possess strong attention to detail with a creative edge and can handle multiple assignments at once then this position is for you!
Essential Duties |
Monitor, grant and disable VEN accounts (DTV services) to active/non active employees
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Operations department as needed
Track and create spreadsheets as needed for Operations
Design and upkeep of Recognition and Information Boards
Prepare for Client Visits and provide assistance as needed for Client and Corporate Visitors
Assist with coordinating meetings and organize catering (as needed)
Place Order for Supplies as needed
Ability to pick up large orders from local retailers for site events
Meeting Minutes as directed
Miscellaneous tasks and duties as assigned by Operations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities |
Excellent verbal communication (clear, crisp speech)

Proficient with Microsoft office applications especially excel
Excellent keyboard typing/PC skills

Education and Work Experience |
Minimum 1 year administrative support within a call center environment.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
