Sustainment Officer

Overview
The Leadership Sustainment Officer is responsible for the management and sustainment of the Leadership model in collaboration with site leadership. The Leadership Sustainment Officer will ensure that all components are executed according to model standards. Behaviors are being applied to customer interactions and Agent coaching sessions to drive performance at the site, team, and agent level. The Leadership Sustainment Officer will report to the Sr. Manager of the Organization Effectiveness Team. The Leadership Sustainment Officer will be responsible for assessing and reporting on the site’s execution of each Leadership tactics and working collaboratively with site leadership to develop action plans to drive performance and close performance gaps.

Responsibilities
Management and Execution
The Leadership Sustainment Officer will be responsible for:
· Ongoing sustainment of the Leadership model at the site level
· Ensuring the site is up to date with current Leadership policies and best practices
· Regularly assessing the site’s execution of Leadership tactics to model standards
· Providing feedback and reports on the site’s Leadership performance to Sr. Managers and Directors or larger audience.
· Executing all Leadership initiatives
Leadership Training and Leadership Development
The Leadership Sustainment Officer will be responsible for:
· Certifying the site leadership on all Leadership program elements
· Conducting Leadership Workshops and coaching sessions at any level required to sustain the program
Cross-Functional Collaboration
The Leadership Sustainment Officer will be responsible for:
· Working collaboratively with sales operations, Quality Assurance, Training, Human Resources, and other areas to execute and sustain the Leadership model
Core Qualifications
· Associates degree preferred
· You must be currently employed with VXI.
· 6 months tenure in VXI operations management (Team Leader and above) and/or VXI training department (Trainer and above)
· Must have excellent attendance and work performance record
· Must not have any recent PIP's/disciplinary discussions/records on file
Other
· Strong change management leadership ability
· Ability to multi task in fast paced changing environment

· An advanced ability to provide developmental feedback and coaching skills
· Intermediate project management skills including delegating work to others within and outside the department
