Bilingual Spanish Outbound Sales Team Lead

The primary purpose of this role is to verify sales as well as coach and develop associates to ensure sales are completed correctly for the purpose of proper work order completion

·         Assist in the development of associates

·         Complete routine administrative tasks as directed by management

·         Become familiar with policies and guidelines

·         Learn and demonstrate understanding of key performance indicators (KPI’s)

·         Become familiar with and interact with all departments

·         Remain current with sales skills and product knowledge

·         Complete a weekly update report outlining key learning's and accomplishments

​·          Must have demonstrated leadership skills within team, program, or center

·          No warnings (written or above) within the past 60 days

·          Excellent attendance record

·          Strict adherence to dress code

·          Professional demeanor

·          Excellent interpersonal skills

·          Must have excellent product knowledge

·          Must have a good understanding of program objectives

·          Must have a good understanding of company policies and practices

·          Must have demonstrated quality and ethical sales practices

·          Must be Proficient in English and Spanish
