Overview
As an AT&T Blue Sales Account Associate, you will receive inbound calls from current AT&T home phone and/or internet customers with billing questions.You will resolve their issues, and bundle their services, by upselling the suite of AT&T products including wireless services, high speed internet upgrades and DIRECTV. This is a Customer Service job for a Sales professional.

Must Haves

·         High School Diploma/GED (Associates Degree preferred)

·         6 Months Sales Experience (within a call center environment preferred)
