Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

·         Assist the HR Manager with the implementation of new system projects e.g. HRMS, Employee Dashboard, Easy Clocking, Telecom activation and any other HR tools/     systems as needed Locally and Globally

·         Point of Call (POC) once a new system has been rolled out, work with Local IT and Global IT (software development) with regular updates e.g. changes, system updates, SOPs, issues, audit gaps

·         POC for HR Systems e.g. HRMS, Employee Dashboard, Easy Clocking, Telecom activation

·         Troubleshoot HR systems and tools and escalate issues to the HR Manager to seek resolution

·         Follow Global and Local technical maintenance protocols to ensure that the department’s systems are secure and ready for users

·         Coordinate and administrate the New Hire Employee Orientation and Onboarding Program

·         Creation and maintenance of Employee Files

·         Detailed and accurate filing and record-keeping - Oversees documentation and Records Keeping e.g. Filing and the updating of employee personal files

·         Input, update and maintain all employee data through the company’s internal HRMS

·         Prepares and distributes including but limited to job letters and other company correspondence

·         Prepare all documentations including but not limited to voluntary and involuntary leavers, transfers, promotion

·         Provide administrative information to the Finance Team and Human Resources in preparing payroll verification and changes for salary payments and deductions

·         Work with other departments (internal and external) in the coordination and delivery of Human Resource Services

·         Records and refers employment related issues to the Human Resources Manager

·         Assist in the administering of compensation and/or benefits policies and programs

·         Prepares and disseminates reports and recommendations related to various HR programs

·         Keep up to date with Human Resource Management techniques and standards by reading relevant journals, and attending relevant courses

·         Promote, market and raise the awareness of the Human Resources Department (company intranet, email etc.)

·         Ad hoc projects and/or any other assigned tasks at the request of the Human Resources Manager

 

Requirements:

·         Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field

·         Minimum of 18 months’ experience in the field of Human Resource Services

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

·         1 year experience in a call center environment or similar business environment

·         Understanding of HR Operations and Human Resource Management Principles

·         Strong organizational and administrative skills

·         Significant experience in building and motivating employees

·         Extended problem solver

·         Creative thinker and Solutions orientated

·         Analytical skills

·         Ability to work within strict time frames and deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         HR Data metrics – experience in creating KPIs, SLAs and analyzing data

·         Basic understanding and experience in the use of HRMS, HR Tools and IT Systems

·         IT background is desirable
