Duties and Responsibilities:
· Records and refers employment related issues to the Talent Acquisition Manager
· Assist in the Talent Acquisition life-cycle process (job postings, candidate screening, selection, hiring and on-boarding).
· Support the Human Resources and Administration Department with the New Employee Orientation and Onboarding Program for all employees
· Ensure that the proper resources are in place for Talent Acquisition. (e.g. testing area, testing materials)
· Assist in the administering of account assessments and or required test during the interview process. Along with periodical follow-ups.
· Prepares and disseminates reports and recommendations related to various Talent Acquisition programs.
· Oversees documentation and Records Keeping e.g. creating total hired list and keeping up with attrition and voluntary and involuntary leave.
· Prepares and distributes offer letters and formatting documentation other company correspondence.
· Schedules and coordinates interviews on behalf of the hiring managers
· Screens offer letters to ensure correct communication.
· Administrative support in any HR IT systems e.g. Company HRIS, Internal and External and Internal Talent Acquisition Portals, Performance Management etc.
· Work with other departments (internal and external) in the coordination and delivery of Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Services.
· Keep up to date with Talent Acquisition Techniques and Standards by reading relevant journals, and attending relevant courses.
· Promote, market and raise the awareness of the Talent Acquisition department (company intranet, email etc.)
· Ad-hoc projects at the request of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resource Management, OR
· Minimum of 18 months’ experience in the field of Talent Acquisition.
· 1 year experience in a call center environment or similar business environment
· Understanding of HR Operations and Human Resource Management Principles and the Talent Acquisition Life Cycle.
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· HR Data metrics – experience in creating KPIs, SLAs and analyzing data
· Experience in the use of HR IT Systems
· Significant experience in building and motivating employees
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Extended problem solver, creative thinker, and Solutions orientated
· Analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work within strict time frames and deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
