Interface with customers via inbound calls offering outstanding world class customer service for the purpose of processing bill payments for various companies.


 
Qualifications/ Education

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • One-year strong customer service background preferred
  • One-year strong call center background preferred

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
