Overview:

Do you bring awesome energy and great attitude to your everyday interactions with others? Are you passionate about sales?

As an elite inbound Sales Associate, you will receive Inbound calls from customers who have recently moved. You will build rapport with customers and select the best home and entertainment services to meet each customer’s individual needs by asking probing discovery questions and building value into available products in order to close the sale.

Compensation Package:

·         $12.00/hr base wage + Bonuses. Average hourly rates w/bonus $15/hr with annual potential of 35k! Top performers earn $16+ an hour w/bonus. (uncapped weekly bonuses on sales performance.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Take inbound sales calls in call center environment and sell customers available products and services.

·         Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI policies and Procedures.

·         Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over month.

Requirements

·         Sales experience, worked in a call center is preferred.

·         High School diploma or GED

·         Must submit to a background check and drug test upon offer of employment

·         Full Time position up to 40 hours per week

·         Flexible working schedule. Schedule are subject to change due to our call volume nature

·         Exemplary Attendance records with previous employers.
