Overview:

As a VXI Global Solutions Customer Support Representative, you will receive Inbound calls from retail affiliates regarding customer order concerns. Customer Support Representatives must be great listeners and empathetic in order to resolve order issues. Customer Support Representatives will assist retail affiliates process orders for customers in crisis while offering outstanding world class customer service!


*This role requires Open Availability: 8am -11pm. Work schedules will be 5 days a week with at least one weekend day and one weekday day off.


Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support Representative will take Inbound Calls acting as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency

  • Successful Customer Support Representatives are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative

  • Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. CSRs are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests

  • Inbound Customer Support Representatives are also expected to use a consultative approach as you build trust and rapport, learning about the customers’ needs.

  • CSRs ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI policies and Procedures.

  • Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over month

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service experience; previous call center experience is preferred.

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Must submit to a background check and drug test upon offer of employment

  • Full Time position up to 40 hours per week

  • Flexible working schedule. Schedule are subject to change due to our call volume nature

  • Exemplary Attendance records with previous employers
