Overview:
As a VXI Global Solutions Customer Service Representative, you will receive Inbound calls from electric customers from a leading electric company!
Customer Support Representatives must be great listeners and empathetic in order to resolve order issues and set up new services. Customer Service Representatives will assist customers while offering outstanding world class customer service!
You will assist customers in setting up products like surge protection and place orders for contractors to remove trees around power lines, set up insulation or electric lines and more!
*Please note, this is a 100% onsite position. This role requires Open Availability: 8am -8pm, Monday- Saturday. Work schedules will be 5 days a week and assigned to you upon offer of employment.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representative will take Inbound Calls acting as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
Successful Customer Service Representatives are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer service specialists. CSRs are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests
Inbound Customer Service Representatives are also expected to use a consultative approach as you build trust and rapport, learning about the customers’ needs.
CSRs ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI policies and Procedures.
Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over month

Requirements
Previous Customer Service experience; previous call center experience is preferred.
High School diploma or GED
Must submit to a background check and drug test upon offer of employment
Full Time position up to 40 hours per week
Flexible working schedule. Schedule are subject to change due to our call volume nature
