Contact Center TemporaryTraining Assistant Overview:
The TemporaryTraining Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the Trainers in facilitating the training program to our new hire trainees and current employees. Assist the nesting trainees and coaching/up-training associates. The successful candidate will be customer centric and have experience in coaching material for adult learners in a fast-paced environment.

No PIPS above CD in the last 3 months
Attendance/Absenteeism Requirement = Below 15%
6 weeks of performance scorecard met = Above 85%
Please note, this is a temporary position. If selected:
You will remain at your current pay for the next few months,but will be trained as a group for 3 hours every Friday to prepare for your Temp Training Assistant position.
If you are used to facilitate any client mandated upskill training prior to the new hire classes, you will be paid $1.00 more per hour while facilitating that upskill training.
Once you begin training your assigned classes in ramp for new hire training, you will be given $19.50 per hour while you are actively facilitating new hire classes.
Once you have completed your assigned classes there is potential to be offered to move into a TL role, but this is contingent upon meeting performance & requirements during the Temp Training role.
