We are looking to hire a responsible and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at VXI Global Solutions.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls and provide excellent customer service from customers by addressing the concerns of renters related to the condition or operation of the vehicle while on rent.   This includes developing resolutions to customer concerns, completing documentation of the event and taking proactive steps to ensure the highest level of customer service and to protect company assets.  You must also be knowledgeable about its policies and procedures and be able to provide accurate information to customers. Additionally, customer service representatives must be able to handle difficult customer situations in a professional and courteous manner.

·         Develop and enact resolutions to customer concerns that achieve a high degree of customer acceptance while remaining cost effective for the corporation.

·         Provide accurate and detailed documentation of Emergency Roadside Services (ERS) Cases handled.

·         Work effectively with personnel within and external to the Emergency Roadside Services (ERS) department as well as 3rd party vendors.

·         Meet or exceed stated performance, attendance and productivity metrics.

·         Exercise good judgment and decision-making skills while performing all assigned duties.

·         Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

 

 

What You Bring

·         High School diploma or GED required

·         6 months of customer service experience

·         Ability to navigate on multiple screens/programs and multi-task as well as handle high-volume calls

·         Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Working knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to navigate multiple applications

·         Ability to adapt to new technology

·         Ability to type 25 wpm with 95%+ accuracy

·         Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers in a distraction-free dedicated space

·         Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team environment

·         Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
